We use cutting edge video technology to enrich our training and advance your development. Through Coach’s Eye, we shoot and instantly analyze video. This valuable tool enhances all of our training. In our speed and strength programs, we use precise feedback to break down every facet of your form, help you adjust, and move with peak efficiency. On the diamond, we use the Eye to analyze how you pitch, throw, field and hit. Our soccer trainers deploy this tool for both individuals and teams. With the Eye, we help players hone their technique, make better decisions, and improve their positioning. We also use this exceptional technology to evaluate team play, leading to strategic and tactical improvements and enhanced pace of play.

SURGE SPEED AND STRENGTH TRAINING
In any sport, an extra step can make the difference. Our speed workouts are designed to help you gain that edge. We integrate proven training techniques used by professional track and field athletes. As part of our speed program, we employ a time-tested set of stimuli to help you become more agile and quicker. You learn how to be more efficient, in every move you make. You discover that when it comes to speed, a little improvement goes a long way. Here’s how we get you up to speed.
SURGE SPEED
We teach young athletes proper running techniques that apply to their sport. Running is a skill like any other; it needs to be coached and refined before top speed can be achieved. In this program you learn the proper running and sprinting techniques. Through agility training, we improve balance and coordination. Our goal to help you master the proper movements, and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury.
Here you build on the fundamentals developed in the introductory program. You work to achieve increases in acceleration, maximize velocity, and agility, and maintain speed through changes in direction. We aim to develop proper movement techniques with increased force production, resulting in maximized speed output. We focus on flexibility to increase the range of useable motion and prevent injury.
The third phase of our Speed program is designed to optimize your speed and agility. We identify areas for improvement and tailor a regimen that takes you the next level. This program focuses on acceleration, maximum velocity, change of direction, and flexibility. You train under increased loads and produce higher power outputs. You put your agility and speed to the test in competitive scenarios. At game time, you are ready to SURGE past your competition.
SURGE Strength Training
Our strength and conditioning program is designed to benefit any individual. Responding to your needs, we develop a tailored approach that favors varied movements. You build strength where you need it. You turn your strength into an asset and deliver your best, in any competition.

SURGE SOCCER
Our soccer curriculum combines technical, tactical, and situational training with small-sided play. Seasoned trainers help you refine your skills and elevate your IQ on the pitch. Sessions are conducted for individuals and small groups.
Individual players work in a small group to focus on technique and then the tactical application of what they learned.
High Intensity Training:
For the highly focused, competitive and driven athlete. Intense sessions designed to prepare players for the upcoming season to the best of their abilities.
Programs are customized by position – goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, forward. Our conditioning exercises match the energy pathways you use in your position. Build the skills you need to excel, at any position.
Each session ends with simulated play. In small-sided games you apply your newly honed talent in a competitive environment.
In personalized sessions, we focus on technical, tactical, and situational drills that suit your needs. We draw on our Speed and Strength programs to help you make the most of these tailored sessions. Our Coach’s Eye video analysis allows you to see the improvements over time.
SURGE BASEBALL
Our baseball coaches prepare you for optimal performance everywhere on the diamond. Sessions are conducted for individuals and small groups.
Our coaches stress proper hitting techniques. We work to develop a balanced stance, increased bat speed and the ability to handle every pitch in the strike zone.
Our coaches emphasize proper mechanics to ensure you maintain your arm health. We work with you to improve velocity, pitch development, and sound mechanics. You learn the importance of the mental side of the game and the importance of each pitch.
