Jeff BrysonCo-Founder & Managing Partner, The Capabilities Group LLC
An experienced leader for over 30 years, Jeff specializes in the recruitment and development and leadership of high performing teams. He focuses on improving personal and organizational performance for executives, entrepreneurs, leaders and employees in the Fortune 1000 marketplace. He has worked extensively with the Pharmaceutical, Professional Services, Finance, Informational Technology and Telecommunications industries.

A charismatic and dynamic leader, Jeff brings enthusiasm and positive energy to each engagement whether it is a team building workshop, executive coaching, executive recruitment or sales training. Jeff has conducted hundreds of workshops for thousands of professionals and corporate teams.

Prior to founding The Capabilities Group Jeff spent over 30 years in the consulting and training industry in executive management positions. Jeff was co-founder and Managing Partner of Insights New York. He served on the Insights North American faculty certifying facilitators, consultants and trainers in the Insights Discovery system in Personal and Sales Effectiveness. He is also a Certified Consultant/Facilitator for Lumina Learning and Peak Performance2.

Through an alliance with Microsoft, the state of New Jersey and Community Options, Inc. Jeff served as a mentor, professional development coach and facilitator for the Pass It On program. This program is designed to retrain and reemploy disabled and dislocated workers. He has also volunteered his time to the Enterprise Center of Philadelphia working with inner city high school students aspiring to become entrepreneurs.

Jeff was educated at Monmouth University and completed Business Management and Leadership courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Syracuse University and Wharton School of Business.

Sue ColieCo-Founder & Managing Partner, The Capabilities Group LLC
Sue is known for her innovative ideas and efficiency, her insight, energy, and enthusiasm, as well as her ability to quickly get to the core of an issue to create results. These skills along with a degree in Psychology and Education produce outstanding results in facilitated sessions, workshops, seminars and individual coaching sessions.

Her areas of expertise include interpersonal effectiveness, relationship selling, leadership, strategic direction, project management, retention, problem solving, influencing, motivating, creative change and team-building.

Sue is a Certified Consultant/Facilitator for Lumina Learning, and Peak Performance2.

Prior to co-founding The Capabilities Group Sue was co-founder and Managing Partner of Insights New York. She served on the Insights North American faculty certifying facilitators, consultants and trainers in the Insights Discovery system in Personal, Team and Sales Effectiveness.

Sue worked as a Director of a leading international award winning technical education organization, as a consultant and in Prudential’s Human Resources and Corporate Education Center, where she had responsibility for organizational development initiatives, strategic planning, spearheading projects and developing programs for enterprise technology integrations and solutions.

Sue has served as:

– An officer of Toastmasters International
– Habitat for Humanity MBA Affiliate
– Committee Co-Chair for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

She currently holds the position of Examining Committee Chair Person for First Jersey Credit Union.
